If you are looking for family fun, the Barrington Racquet Club is your destination. For the kids there is tennis, pickleball, kid’s camps, swim team, and pool time with friends. The adults can choose from a variety of tennis programs, aerobic classes, pickleball, or workout in the fitness center. Lap swim and laying by the pool on a hot summer day is always an option.
The Barrington Racquet Club has two indoor Pro-Deco Turf hard courts and four lighted outdoor hard courts. We are one of the few local Country Clubs with indoor tennis courts, ensuring a place to play year-round. Our tennis professional, Greg Prevette, offers a variety of instructional programs, classes, and clinics for members of all ages and levels. Throughout the year there are round-robins scheduled for the membership, and we field several USTA teams. Our facility also offers two outdoor pickleball courts.
Summertime at the Racquet Club revolves around our pool. Barrington offers a wide variety of experiences for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. These activities consist of competitive swim, leisure swim, lap swim, family fun, and organized events. Our heated pool offers a nice balance of shaded areas and bright sun for relaxing, and makes it an ideal gathering spot for our members and their families. Members also enjoy our Poolside Café, baby pool, and playground with a variety of fun-filled activities. The main focus of the Barrington Barracuda swim team is fun for everyone. The coaches work on swimming skills, competitive skills, sportsmanship, and team spirit!

Our state of the art fitness center contains treadmills, Les Mills cycles, ellipticals, stationary bikes, rowing machine, medicine balls, and free weights. Members can also choose from a variety of complimentary group fitness classes. For a more personal workout tailored to your individual needs, Barrington has their own personal training staff who can work with you to achieve your fitness goals.
